Refund and Returns

We want you to love your products as much as we love them but if you are not satisfied with your products, please email us with your concerns. We want to make it right.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase based on the following conditions:
We offer a full refund for the purchase price on new, sealed, and unused products only. You must contact us for authorization prior to a return.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened products. Again, please send us an email.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are damaged during transit or defective in manufacturing for 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Please take photos of the damages as soon as they are received. These will be required for your refund to be approved. Please contact us via email prior to any return requests.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will result in free product. Email us and we will make it right at no charge to you.

Shipping Time

All orders received will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are shipped Monday- Saturday. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays. We ship using 2-Day Priority Mail with USPS. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. All orders have tracking information. We encourage you to order ahead of time to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If we supply less than the quantity ordered, a refund will be issued for remaining quantity.
